AIO Agency collects as little personal information as this site needs to work, uses it only for the purpose you gave it to us, and never sells it. The sections below explain the details.
We collect personal information only when you choose to provide it — there is no account system and no tracking-based profiling on this site. The information we collect comes from two places:
- The Start a Project form: your name, role, work email, phone (optional), company details, and the project information you describe.
- Email you send us, including requests to subscribe to Market Notes.
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, assess whether and how AIO can help, and communicate with you about next steps. If you ask to subscribe to Market Notes, we use your email address to send it — nothing else. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
Submitting the inquiry form or emailing us constitutes consent to be contacted about your request. Commercial electronic messages (such as the newsletter) are sent only with your express consent, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any message or writing to info@aio-agency.ca.
Inquiry submissions are delivered to our inbox through Resend, an email-delivery provider, and stored in our Google Workspace email. Both act as service providers processing information on our behalf. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own purposes, except where required by law.
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to your request, and afterwards only as long as reasonably necessary for business records. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in the future, this policy will be updated before that happens.
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@aio-agency.ca and we will respond within a reasonable time.
