A Korean wellness brand’s first Canadian room

ARIH makes modern Korean noodles, postbiotic energy drinks and dual biotic sodas — wellness rooted in tradition. The brand is entering Canada, and AIO plans, designs and runs the events where Canadians meet it for the first time.

Chapter 01

The challenge

A new market cannot be explained. It has to be tasted, in person, by strangers.

For a brand arriving in Canada, a live site is the fastest route from “never heard of it” to “I have tried it.” But a booth only works when the concept, the build, the staffing and the content are planned as one thing — most brands discover that on the day, when it is too late to fix.

Chapter 02

The booth, end to end

AIO holds the whole thing: what the booth says, how it is built, who runs it on the day and what comes out of it afterwards.

01

Concept & booth planning

What the booth is for, how visitors move through it, and which product moment they leave with.

02

Design & fabrication

Booth design and graphics, vendor management and build — translating a packaged-goods brand into a physical space.

03

On-site operations & staffing

Running the days: staffing, sampling flow, stock, queue management and the contingencies live sites always produce.

04

Creators & content

Creator participation through AIO Connect and content capture, so the booth travels beyond the people standing in front of it.

Chapter 03

First stop: Toronto Korean Festival

ARIH’s first Canadian booth opens at the Toronto Korean Festival, August 21–23, 2026 at Mel Lastman Square — the country’s biggest Korean cultural weekend, and an audience already leaning toward the category.
